Westland Horticulture's location in Driffield, East Yorkshire, is home to the company's bird food manufacturing facilities, producing brands Nature's Feast, Bucktons and Peckish.

The core business is the manufacture and distribution of a range of products:

• Wild Bird Food, Treats and Accessories.
• Premium Racing Pigeon Mixes, as used by a number of Champion Fanciers.
• High quality Indoor Bird & Aviary Seed Mixtures.
• Small Animal Food for Rabbits, Guinea Pigs and Hamsters.

Most products are available in both bulk bags of 12.5 kg to 25 kg, and pre pack sizes.

The development strategy focuses on increasing our UK market share of bird feed within the key areas we operate including the pet and gardening industries.. This is through continuous research and development, the introduction of complimentary products, and ensuring our levels of customer service are unsurpassed.

Driffield has once again been awarded an 'A' Grade rating from The British Retail Consortium. This accreditation has been given to the site for the past three years and is the only bird feed company in the UK to have achieved this.

The stringent requirements needed for the BRC rating required the Driffield site to adhere to 10 key requirements in relation to production, packaging, storage and distribution.  Retailers can be assured that all of the bird feed products produced from the site are the very best quality for their consumers.
