Each processing plant is individually audited to ensure we will be offered secure, safe products. We also stipulate that each supplier should meet a minimum of ISO 9001 quality standard or equivalent, and operate under HACCP regulations.

Our purchasing department make regular personal visits whenever possible to our sources of supply, communicating one-to-one with farmers and processors across the world. It is our philosophy that if we deal directly, we can more effectively convey our requirements and enhance the quality of product purchased.
